It is getting increasingly hard to go through a day without some interaction with a computer. Be it for school, work or shopping, computers are an integral part of our everyday life. Your library has 6 computers connected to the internet via a high speed modem connection. And, for your convenience, a laser printer is connected to the network.
The computers are free for the use of library patrons and are available on a first come, first served basis. There is a one hour time limit on each computer. Please schedule your time carefully.
The entire Giese Memorial Library is wi-fi enabled. You can use your wi-fi enabled laptop anyplace in the library.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Giese Memorial Library has a conference room available. The room is located just to the right as you enter the buildings main door.

The room comes supplied with tables, seating for appr. 50 and kitchen area. If you are expecting a standing room crowd, the conference room will accommodate 150 standees. TV/DVD and projector are available if needed.

There are policies set forth that govern the use of the conference room. As a general rule, non-profit organizations may use this room at no cost. For-profit groups will be charged $ 20 per hour. For other policies and restrictions, please see the library staff for a printed copy.

STUDY ROOMS

Do you need a peaceful and quiet place to study or work on a project? The Giese Memorial Library has just the place for you.

There are two study rooms located along the East wall of the library just for this purpose. These are small, private rooms each with a work surface and two chairs. There is no need to reserve these study rooms, they are available on a first come basis.

Don't forget, the entire library is wi-fi enabled. You can use your wi-fi enabled laptop anyplace in the library.
